Militias in the USA

Organized militia consists of “State” (non-federal) militia forces; the “State” National Guard is a Militia.  The “State” National Guard is not to be confused with the USA (Federal) National Guard of the United States, which is a US Army reserve military force.

Reserve militia are “State” (non-federal) militia forces, unorganized militia consisting of “Every” able-bodied citizen (Men & Women) of ages 17yo to 45yo.

Unorganized militia includes all USA former members of the Federal armed forces that may be called back to Federal Service (No Age Limits).

Past “Corporate, Federal, State and local” historical tyrannical massacres in the 1900s; such as’ “Ludlow, Colorado” by the Colorado Fuel & Iron Company militia (many others in US History), Army Chief of Staff “General Douglas MacArthur” in command of US Army infantry, cavalry, and tanks despotically attacked the Bonus Army marchers with their wives and children on the Washington, DC Mall, State militia on Kent State ... just a few examples of our History [We must get better for all US!].  Militias indicate rights/laws are compliant with Corporate, Federal, State and local powers of the time and place.  A well regulated Federal “National Guard and Reserve” militia is essential to US and assures Citizens protect US Citizens from unlawful orders of elite plutocrats.

The 50 States of the USA do have the right to have a militia, but when any militia (non-LEO) organized group attacks US Citizens we are in a State of Civil War.  Federal, State, and Local controlled Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) and Emergency Responder personnel have the right to lethal force protection of life when arresting law breakers and preventing property destruction.

I would like to avoid the next massacre of USA Citizens by USA Citizens, because of foolish dogmatic agendas that you, I, or politician/cleric may espouse as some sort of personally-appropriate fact to justify a private militia.

Information security has an Open and Agile history.

Information security had four major historical events.  The first was PGP/PKI encryption, and the second was the sub-OS security hypervisor both developed in the later 20^th century.  Early in the 21^st century the third development was ubiquitous personal multi-factor biometric devices with Open-standards.  The fourth was the development of community keyed lockout Open-standards for all information infrastructure and personal devices.

 

The total lockdown of our personal information with MUlti-FActor BIometric (MUFABI) devices required early 21^st century corporate bosses direct Congressional a/o Parliamentary ... servants to order Open-standards compliance for COmmunity KEyed LOckout (COKELO).

 

MuFaBi devices are linked to owners embedded chips, when out of range, all owner personal information, music, documents ... are wiped.  MuFaBi will reset to owner defaults (cloud services) when owner is again in range and can be MuFaBi authenticated.  Any crack attempts to access MuFaBi applications, OS, services after a wipe automatically resets the device to factory defaults removing all account identifications and functionality.  MuFaBi standards are not warrant cracking tolerant, any attempts to crack a MuFaBi device results in immediate wipe and reset assuring any search and seizures of personal information is prevented.  MuFaBi prevents personal activities tracking by generating transient avatar financial transactions, location information, digital A/V session modification and encryption.  MuFaBi devices due to cost/availability did not quickly gain global usage.  Magic is extremely well applied technology; IOW, the user does not appreciate or notice the technology (it is just a user device).

 

CoKeLo is a security model that allows communities (....Com, ....Gov, ....Mil ...) to lock all community information infrastructure and user devices to a unique spectrum of keys and key-change time/sequence.  CoKeLo security manages very frequent, complete, and fast key changes across the total community.  Malicious external attacks automatically initiates unique defensive CoKeLo managed key-spectrum jumps for external attack lockout.  Literally the attacker objective (your community) does a virtual vanishing act.  Other CoKeLo defense measures kick-in collecting forensics and preventing discovery from the malicious source.  When forensics indicates internal threats CoKeLo will manage multiple sub-communities under various key-sets until the threat can be detected and removed.  CoKeLo key changes result in network IPs, NIEM keys, MAC IP association updates ... user signatures.

The USA a Plutocracy, nither a Democracy or a Republic!

The USA is a democratic republic, much like the old Greek city-states. The USA is not a Democracy assuring 100% emancipation of US. Democracies assure “Open” citizenship with full enfranchisement and emancipation of all people at birth.

A Republic is a Democracy by dogma only. Republics assure status-quo sustainment of the legally enfranchised citizens, IOW: born a slave ... die a slave, unless the rulers of the Republic grant by law emancipation.

In a Republic unaccountable leaders are masters, and unrepresented people are slaves. Before 1865 Southern States were agrarian-economic Republics with white-boy rule of slaves. Before 1865 Northern States were commerce-economic Republics with white-boy rule of low paid immigrant illiterates [labor slaves].

Today The USA is a very poorly governed capitalist economy providing far more plutocrat, oligarch, and corporate-welfare [tax breaks, oil and corp-farm subsidies, Supreme Court sustainment, Congressional representation ...] than social-welfare [infrastructure (water, power, roads/bridges, sanitation ...) innovation and sustainment, well governed commerce, good affordable education, environmental protection, Veteran Assistance ... and yes food stamps].

So, when the bosses want something, legally it will be paid for by US The People.  In the USA they have been entitled, by the Republic, for centuries. The hubris of plutocrats and oligarchs, in the USA Republic, expect to be sustained by servicing US The People with lies, nepotism, cronyism, scams, dogma ....  Always remember money is never lost unless literally burned, your loss is their gain.  The more money in plutocrats’ and oligarchs’ pockets/accounts, the less money circulates in the economy.

Governments and Religions require humane population control, but there are inhumane population control options.  Politicians, clerics, and autocratic plutocrats and oligarchs select a population control option that provides a less problematic and troublesome future for their progeny and enclaves (garden citadels).  Meritocracy by nepotism, bigotry, cronyism, empathic-hubris ... and pedigree status-quo sustainment continue as social-engineering hallmarks. 

2030+ global resources are affordable and available to far less people than in 1980.  Population exceeds global resources and economic requirements for US, EU ... other nations.  Automation ... robotics daily displace more professionals (BS...PhD, MD).  Legacy-1900 economic model is sustained by protectionist laws that disenfranchise poverty-people, eliminate low-pay jobs and benefits, and assure fractious disparity.  Commodity markets standardize global energy, materials, food, cyclical and consumables production, distribution, and prices.  Military jobs are extremely high demand positions that secure personal/family income, food, housing, benefits.  The frequency of economy collapses, culture failures, environment disasters ... increase.  Excess work-hands (people) are jinx-citizens in illicit laissez-faire underground economic enclaves (unguarded prisons).

The many occupy far too much space.  The few have far too much property.  Autocratic politicians and clerics implement a final solution.  Simultaneously.  Mobs rise-up to impudently redistribute property and commodities.  The military mobilizes to protect owners and property.  Underground businesses and organizations mobilize to protect enclaves from destruction.  Military personnel defect to family and friends enclaves.  Helter-skelter distribution of militarized automation ... robotics protects armed enclaves.

Autocratic plutocrats and oligarchs of US, EU, RU, CN ... wealthiest enclaves execute a common-good solution of build then eliminate.  Build what is needed for the common-good (newer automation ... robotics), enfranchise US, EU, RU, CN ... WMD owners, then eliminate threat. 

Underground enclaves external to US, EU, RU, and CN are quickly annihilated [Start WW3, Phase-1].  Global population continues to exceed available resources and economic requirements.  Pragmatic political and cleric meritocracy of nepotism, bigotry, cronyism, empathic-hubris ... sustain the pedigree status-quo of US, EU, RU, CN ... plutocrats and oligarchs.

Underground enclaves internal to US, EU, RU, and CN are segregated by risk-reduction target value.  Pedigree Plutocrat and Oligarch Enclaves (POE) remain threatened by large anachronistic Political and Religious Dogma PRD enclaves.  Plutocrat and oligarch militarized automation ... robotics industries are being slowly retooled for construction, sanitation, medical, repair ... gardening and agrarian utopian purposes.

Pedigree US, EU, RU, and CN Plutocrat and Oligarch Enclaves (POE) move to reduce risk.  By POE global treaty, the US POE exterminates (by WMD) a CN PRD risk, RU POE eradicates (by WMD) a EU PRD problem, the CN POE retaliates destroying a troubling US PRD, and the EU POE escalates by removing two RU PRD [Start WW3, Phase-2]. 

US, EU, RU, and CN POEs by the Diplomatic Envoy Assured Destruction (DEAD) treaty destroy all remaining PRD enclaves over the next ten years, under the masquerade of global warfare and national defense.  

2060+ The world is at peace.  Resources are affordable and globally available for all POE people.  Global population has rebounded to slightly less than one billion.  Post Apocalypse (pa) renaissance of science, technology, art, and longevity boundlessly seeks parks, recreation, exploration of space ....  There is no history, seek the future, past problems and troubles change nothing.
